Types of data processed, purposes and legal basis for processing
The common personal data (personal details – name and surname, contact details) is collected and processed for marketing purposes, such as sending information about products and services of the Controller via email.
The legal basis for processing data is therefore the consent of the Data Subject.
Disclosure of data to third parties – Data recipients
The Company may disclose data processed for marketing purposes to internal company staff who deal with marketing communication and also external company communications.
Transfer of data to Third Countries
The Controller does not transfer the processed data to Third Countries. In case of transfer of data to Third Countries, they will be processed in compliance with Reg. UE 2016/679 and any applicable legislation.
Processing methods, data storage period and criteria
The data will be processed digitally. The Controller will process the data for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes and until the data subject withdraws consent.
Providing of data
Providing data relating to personal and contact details is optional and conditional upon the data subject’s consent. The above purposes cannot be pursued if the data is not provided.
Rights of the data subject, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
The data subject to whom the personal data refers has the right of access to their personal data, at any moment, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. In any case, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. In case of a presumed infringement, if the conditions are satisfied, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Profiling and automated decision-making processes
Automated decision-making processes (such as profiling) are not used in processing.
