How much memory is available with CODESYS v2 and v3 internal PLC on eTOP Series HMI?

The CODESYS internal PLC is featuring a predefined amount of memory available for code, data and other resources.

CODESYS v2 internal PLC Resources

Memory size can be read on CODESYS v2 workbench, opening "Resources" tab and then double click on the "Target Settings" icon into.

Memory layout is:

• Code segment = 1MB
• Input process image = 2KB
• Output process image = 2KB
• Retentive data segment = 8KB

CODESYS v3 internal PLC Resources

Memory layout for CODESYS v3 internal PLC is:

• Overall Memory size (Data, Input, Output, Memory and Code) = 20MB
• Retain data segment = 16KB
• Persistent data segnebt = 16KB
