Lean Factory School is a new concept for industry 4.0 training where managers and machine operators wear lab coats and overalls and, armed with screwdrivers, drills, tablets and digital indicators, are confronted with the real problems of production lines and experience the potential of technologies enabling Factory 4.0 such as the Cloud, the Industrial Internet, Big Data and Analytics, the Horizontal / Vertical Integration applied to ensure greater speed, elasticity, decision-making capacity of the "factory".
Bonfiglioli Consulting has completed the selection of the first round of startup that will rise on board its Lean Factory School, the company-gym sponsored by Confindustria Emilia.
To realise this project Bonfiglioli has relied on three principle technological partners of which the Industry 4.0 part is made by EXOR International.
EXOR International is a company that designs and manufactures "edge" solutions that include HMI (Human Machine Interface) to the Corvina Cloud, an industrial platform that allows to collect and analyze data coming from the "edge", solving the problems of various communication protocols.....
